How many miles on your bike - has it been back to the shop where you purchased it for a warantee service?
How fast are you riding - I can drive my mileage down into the 30's if I am out on the highway pushing 130 kmph
I think you do not have much of a problem - wind, speed, highway conditions and temperature all are big factors.
roll her about another 3,000 miles and then check - I bet it will be more stable then
